A Blend of Benedictine and brandy.B&B = Bndictine diluted with brandy, making it less sweet than Bndictine.

B&B was developed in the 1930s when consumers began a trend of mixing Bndictine with brandy to produce a drier taste. B&B is Bndictine, blended with French Brandy, Saffron and Honey. Once finely blended, B&B is aged for an additional 4 months.

D.O.M. BNDICTINE: Bndictine is a subtle blend of 27 plants and spices. The incredible story of Bndictine began in 1510 in the Abbey of Fcamp, in Normandy, France, when the Benedictine monk, Dom Bernardo Vincelli, created a secret elixir that was to become famous for years to come.

“A blend of original Benedictine and Cognac. Smells assertively of herbs, honey, quinine and baking spices with added aromas of black tea and tobacco. Entry tastes of tea, sage, fennel and a touch of quinine; the Cognac emerges at midpalate, lending a layer of elegance and genuine distillate presence. Finishes like a champion, long, semisweet, intensely herbal, mildly spicy and satiny.”
