Meet the Producer

Produced by Adria Vini, a collaboration between Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, this modern venture has been crafting high-quality Italian wines since 2003. Adria Vini focuses on showcasing regional vineyards with precision and freshness, producing wines that are expressive, approachable, and true to their origin.

Production

The wine is made from grapes grown on mature hillside vineyards in Pavia. The ripest Pinot Grigio grapes are selected to develop a natural pink hue, complemented by a small proportion of Barbera and Pinot Noir. Grapes are harvested in early September, crushed, and left on the skins for 12 hours at low temperature before gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine is bottled young to preserve its freshness and aromatics.

Tasting Notes

Pale coral pink in colour, this ros is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of red berries. The palate is juicy and well-structured, featuring ripe berry and cherry fruit, a lightly creamy texture, and zesty acidity leading to a crisp, dry finish.
